To the Editor, To the best of our knowledge, there have been no previous reports of giant chondromas in the neck and chest. A 14-year-old girl was found to have a 4 cm
3 cm neck mass six months ago. Left shoulder pain with numbness, Horner syndrome positive,Contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a mass shadow with irregular mixed signal from the left root of the neck to the left mediastinum, showing slightly long/ short T2 and T1 signal, and obviously high signal on DWI. The size was about 116 mm

136 mm, and the boundary was still clear. From the lower edge of the sixth cervical vertebra, down to the left middle and posterior mediastinal, the left internal carotid artery was not shown, the left pulmonary artery was compressed downward, the organ and mediastinal were obviously deviated to the right, the local trachea was narrowed, the descending aorta was close to the mass, and the aortic arch was compressed and deformed. The enhanced scan showed uneven enhancement, with a prominent edge enhancement. Tests including tumor markers showed no abnormalities. (see Fig. 1).
