Dear Editor, Primary gastric lymphomas occur rarely despite being the most common type of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The second most common subtype (20.1 %) is primary gastric mucosaassociated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (PG-MALT), which is susceptible to transforming into diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and associated with poor prognosis. Accurate diagnosis of PG-MALT with concurrent early gastric adenocarcinoma is challenging due to their infrequent co-occurrence. Herein, a case of PG-MALT with concurrent early gastric adenocarcinoma was reported.
