Using the modem molecule method and technique to scan the Endothelial cNOS polymorphism in 2 Type Diabetes Mellitus of China; The DNA sample were subjected to amplification by the PCR then electrophoresis and research the repeat in intron 4 of the eNOS gene. The eNOS genotypes among the 60 controllers were only cons 4b and cNOS 4a/4b and there without eNOS 4a, but among the 2 Type Diabetes Mellitus the genotype were cNOS 4b, cNOS 4a/4b and eNOS 4a. The result indicted polymorphism in intron 4 of eNOS gene was a significant association with the 2 Type Diabetes Mellitus with diseased vessels in China (X-2=6.6265, 0.05<p<0.01, it will be a valuable inherit maker in 2 Type Diabetes Mellitus with diseased vessel.
