摘要:
The authors would like to make a few corrections in the published article. The corrections are mentioned below: 1 Section Abstract: Sentence “while knockdown of Med13 mRNA or increased expression of miR-208b-3p increased the expression levels of those proteins” should be read as “while knockdown of Med13 mRNA or increased expression of miR-208b-3p increased the expression levels of these proteins.”2 Section 1. Introduction: Sentence “This study was designed to validate the eff; ect and underling mechanisms.” should be read as “This study was designed to validate the eff; ect and underlying mechanisms.”3 Section 2.8 qRT-PCR was performed to assay expression of specific miRNAs or mRNA using ABI Stepone plus Fluorescence quantitative PCR (ABI Stepone plus, USA)Sentence“expression of specific miRNAs or mRNA”should be read as “expression of specific miRNAs or mRNAs”4 Figure.8. The title “Effects of siMed13 on apoptosis of H9C2 cells under HR.” should be read as “Effects of miR-208b-3p mimics or miR-208b-3p inhibitor or/and siMed13 on apoptosis and viability of H9C2 cells under HR.”5 Section 4. Discussion: Sentence “The test of miRNA of Wnt will tell a more comprehensive story concerning action mode of Wnt proteins, although both Wnt miRNAs and proteins are markedly increased following hypoxia/reoxygenation injury and associated with lower viability and higher apoptosis compared with the levels found in normal cells.” should be read as “The test of mRNAs of Wnt will tell a more comprehensive story concerning action mode of Wnt proteins, although both Wnt mRNAs and proteins are markedly increased following hypoxia/reoxygenation injury and associated with lower viability and higher apoptosis compared with the levels found in normal cells.”6 Section 4. Discussion: Sentence “In conclusion, Dex preconditioning increases viability and reduces apoptosis rate of H9C2 through down-regulation of miR-208b-3p by targeting Med13 via negative regulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.” should be read as“In conclusion, Dex preconditioning increases viability and reduces apoptosis rate of H9C2 through down-regulation of miR-208b-3p by targeting Med13 via negative regulation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.”The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. © 2020 The Author(s)
