To the Editor, Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD) is a rare benign cerebellar tumor consisting of dysplastic ganglion cells. Because of its low prevalence and lack of clinical expertise, the condition is easily misunderstood or underdiagnosed.1 In this regard, we will describe a case of LDD in the right cerebellar hemisphere and go over its imaging, pathological, and clinical aspects in light of pertinent research.
