To the Editor, Thyroid conical lobe papillary carcinoma is very rare, most patients are female, most of them come to the clinic for neck tumor
or lymph node enlargement, and it is easily misdiagnosed as thyroglossal cyst. A case of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) with coneshaped lobes was reported. Through the report and analysis, we
hope to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of
this disease.
