This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and Tumor Hospital of Yunnan Province. A total of 29 breast cancer patients were enrolled in the study, from who the breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were obtained through surgical resection. Informed consents were obtained from all the patients. None of the patients received any chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment before the surgery. The tumors were assessed by two experienced pathologists and frozen in liquid nitrogen after resection and stored at -80°C until use.
